Dr. Manmath Gharote, Chairman, The Lonavla Yog Institute (India) provided guidance on the topic ‘Contribution of Patanjali Yog Sutras in Psychological Wellbeing’ on 28th July, 2023. During the programme, a special calendar called ‘Samay Niramay’ based on the Indian Panchanga of Niram was distributed.

Mr. Yogesh and Mrs. Amruta Chandorkar, Director, Niramay Wellness Center were felicitated too on this special occasion.
