Born on 4th July 1970, Yasmin was born and raised in the USA. She arrived in India for further education and joined Saint X’aviers Mumbai. Interestingly, Yasmin was never interested in major sports and was more inclined towards hobbies like that of an average kid; playing, sleeping, eating and bingeing TV.
Yasmin has earned the reputation of being the number one celebrity fitness trainer with her clientele enlisting the crème de la crème of Bollywood like Katrina Kaif, Deepika Padukone, Alia Bhatt, Preity Zinta, Bipasha Basu, Nora Fatehi, Vani Kapoor, Sophie Choudry, Ananya Pandey, to name a few.
Work History :
Apart from her own personal fitness Studio Yasmin’s Body Image Pvt Ltd in Western Mumbai (Bandra), she also manages franchisees at South Mumbai, , Dubai, Dhaka, Gurgaon, Indore and Delhi. Yasmin is also the first Balanced Body Master Pilates Instructor and Fletcher Pilates instructor in India.
Achievements :
After training from the American College of Exercise, Yasmin became certified in a fitness course and started with a small fitness studio in her guest room. Later she converted a part of her terrace into a studio. Yasmin later flew to US and became India’s first BASI (Body Arts and Science International) certified Pilates instructor.

Yasmin has been awarded the Best Fitness Instructor award at Vogue Fashion Awards 2013, Elle Beauty Awards 2015 for Best Fitness Expert, Giants Awards 2015, and Rotary Award 2015. The fitness advocate enjoys a large fan following of over 1M on Instagram.
